Really impressed with the charge time for my iphone and how many full charges the Power Bank delivers.
When the power bank first arrived, we were unable to get the unit to charge. We tried multiple outlets and adaptors, but soon discovered it was the supplied cord that was not working. Contacted Cygnett and the customer service was outstanding. Prompt response and they addressed the issue immediately and went above and beyond my expectations for the resolution. Great unit. Highly recommend.
