Customer service (on replacement) excellent
The Cygnett 2M Lightning to USB-A cable is a great, durable lead with excellent length, but what impressed me even more was the customer service. When I needed a replacement, the support team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and professionally. Outstanding service that gives you real peace of mind as a customer.

Love these cables
I have bought about 8 of these with various different configurations for all my devices. I got one that was faulty and died after about a month. I contacted the support team and after proving it was faulty a replacement was sent out immediately. Great customer service.
I’ll never buy a different brand. Ever.
